Originally, I started as an investor, and I decided to change careers from Equipment Sales to full time partnership with Nick Weaver. I assist him with property management, working with Section 8 housing authorities, and day to day with communication with General Contractors on renovations.
I love the topic of Real Estate. It’s incredible to see the joy and excitement that everyone gets from their own personal journey with it, and how it can affect everyone in such different ways. I am always learning new things about the industry, and it’s exciting to teach what I have learned to those who are passionate about Real Estate.
